Refund policy
At OWAK Auto Spares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Parts must match the vehicle fitment specified at time of order
Non-returnable items:
- Electrical components once installed
- Special-order parts
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange collection or advise next steps.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
